For fabrics: After sprinkling and waiting for the powder to dry completely, brush the garment or fabric. This works very well for: grease stains on leather or suede boots, makeup on a leather bag, stains on clothing (wine, sweet drinks, etc.), urine stains, etc.

Oil stains on parquet: First, remove excess oil with absorbent paper or blotting paper. Then, sprinkle Terre de Sommières liberally on the stain, without rubbing, and let it sit for at least 2 to 3 hours. Gently rub the powder into the stain once it has saturated it. Blow. If the stain persists, repeat this process.

Shoe polish stain on oiled furniture/parquet flooring: take a clean, soft cloth and impregnate it with a little turpentine essence and Terre de Sommières. Then, lightly press the polish onto the furniture/parquet flooring. Let it sit for half a day. Then, buff and reapply the varnish for protection/polishing.

Candle stains: First, gently loosen the wax from the candle with a wooden spatula. If any wax remains, place absorbent paper or blotting paper over the stain and hold a hot iron over the stain to re-melt the wax. Then, sprinkle with Terre de Sommières. Wait overnight, then scrub the loosened residue the next day and blow it clean.

For old stains: If the stain is old, heat it with a hairdryer or a hot iron before sprinkling with Terre de Sommières. The older the stain, the more often you'll need to repeat this process with Terre de Sommières until the stain is gone.

Oil or grease stains on granite or marble, or oil paint stains: first sprinkle the grease stain with Terre de Sommières. Let it sit for 2 to 3 hours. Remove the powder with a vacuum cleaner or a dust brush. If the stain is stubborn, you can then make a paste by mixing the soil with turpentine essence. Combine both ingredients until the mixture is pasty and can penetrate the pores of the stone. Apply the paste with tweezers and let it sit for 12 to 24 hours.

For DIY enthusiasts and mechanics : After working on your car or motorcycle engine, your hands often get dirty, but how do you get rid of it? Clay soil like Terre de Sommières, combined with water, is very effective! Add water to the Terre de Sommières until it forms a paste, then rub both hands together. The mixture will wash your hands perfectly.
