Deliver
Bijzonder Duurzaam believes it's important that you receive your order as quickly as possible. That's why we'll ship your product(s) on the eleventh day if you place an order before 3:00 PM on a business day. Otherwise, we charge a small handling and delivery fee of €6.95 in the Netherlands and €10.25 in Belgium.
Order status
You'd naturally like to know when your order will be delivered. That's why we've made it possible for you to check the status of your order in your account. By clicking on your order number, you'll see the tracking number and where your package is. This code is visible from the moment you receive an email confirming completion of your order. If you haven't created an account, you can email bijzonderduurzaam .nl to request your track and trace code. Orders sent by letter mail don't receive a tracking code. Therefore, these shipments cannot be tracked.
Change address
Did you order a product but want it delivered to a different address? Please contact us immediately. Have you recently moved and want to change your address? Simply log in to your account and change your address there.
Package not received
It's incredibly frustrating if you placed an order and haven't received it. However, we need to be certain the package isn't still in transit or hidden somewhere else. Therefore, please check the following points first:
- Check your track and trace code: check your account to see if the order has been postponed.
- Check the delivery address: check your invoice to make sure the address is correct.
- Check your mailbox: Check your mailbox for a "Not at Home" notification. Your package might have been delivered to your neighbors, or the delivery driver might have rescheduled the delivery.
If, after these checks, you still find that the package hasn't been delivered, please contact us.
Returns and Warranty
Return product(s)
You might not be completely satisfied with a product, perhaps even if it's damaged. That's certainly not ideal. But don't worry! You have a 14-day return policy. And "because" is also a valid reason. We also offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you return a product and the packaging is in its original condition and the product hasn't been used, you'll receive a full refund within 14 days. If the product is used or the packaging isn't in its original condition, you won't receive a full refund. If a product is damaged, you must complete a return request within two days. You must also include photos of the damage. The request will then be assessed.
Return Procedure
Returning a product is never pleasant. That's why we've tried to make it as simple as possible. When returning a product, you must complete a returns request. We'll respond to your request within four hours, and if approved, we'll send you a returns form. This form must be completed and returned along with the product to the address listed on the returns form. If a product is damaged, we'll assess the situation and contact you.
Return Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is undamaged and we have approved it, we will refund the purchase price within seven days of your cancellation, unless you have not yet returned the item. If you decide to exchange the product for another, we will cover the return shipping costs. The amount will then be credited to your account within seven business days.
Warranty
Bijzonder Duurzaam sells not only sustainable, fun, and educational toys but also durable ones. However, it can happen that a product breaks or stops working. That's why we offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all our products. If a product breaks or stops working through no fault of your own, you can return it using the returns form.
