I forgot my account email address or username
Contact us by filling out the form. Indicate that you'd like to contact us about your account. Explain that you've forgotten your email address and/or username. Also include the name and address you used to create your account. We'll then try to locate your account and the associated email address. For security reasons, we may ask for additional information.
Order cancelled by Bijzonder Duurzaam
An item or order can be cancelled for several reasons:
- The item is not available after all
- The supplier cannot deliver the order after all
- The address details are unclear or incorrect
We will send you an email stating the reason for cancellation. If an order is canceled, the payment obligation will be waived or the amount paid will be refunded within 7 business days.
Within how many days can I return a product?
Bijzonder Duurzaam does not accept returns unless this has been discussed in consultation (right of return).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Bijzonder Duurzaam will issue a credit note after inspecting the returned shipment. If the packaging is damaged beyond repair, the item cannot be returned.
If your return is approved, you can return the product to Bijzonder Duurzaam within 14 days. This period begins the day after you receive your item.
How many days will it take to get my money back if I cancel?
If an order is successfully canceled, you'll receive your refund within three business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
How many days will it take to receive my refund in case of a return?
If you return a product and the packaging is in its original condition and the product has not been used, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. This is usually much sooner. If the product is used or the packaging is not in its original condition, you will not receive a full refund. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Do I have a guarantee on the products at Bijzonder Duurzaam?
Yes, all items you purchase from us are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an item that isn't, we will offer you a suitable solution as quickly as possible. Depending on the item, we will do this through replacement, repair, or refund. Please contact us for more information. In addition to the statutory warranty, certain items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. A manufacturer's warranty is an additional guarantee provided by the importer or manufacturer. The manufacturer or importer can impose conditions on this warranty. The warranty duration also depends on the manufacturer.
Breakage during transport
If any damage occurred during transport, please send us a photo of the damage, including your order number, within 72 hours. Based on the photo, we will send you a new product, or issue a credit note if it's an in-stock item.
Warranty
If a product is broken and under warranty, we must receive the product back. After inspection, a credit note will be issued for the product. If you would like to receive or have a replacement shipped, you can simply order one through Bijzonder Duurzaam. In the case of a warranty, shipping and return costs are at the seller's risk and expense. The warranty period may vary. When returning a product, always include a clear reference and description of the complaint.
