Shipping of your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and delivered without signature.
Bijzonder Duurzaam believes it's important that you receive your order as quickly as possible. That's why we strive to ship your product(s) the same day if you place an order before 3:00 PM on a business day.
Order status
You'd naturally like to know when your order will be delivered. That's why we've made it possible for you to check the status of your order in your account. By clicking on your order number, you'll see the tracking number and where your package is. This code is visible from the moment you receive an email confirming your order has been completed. If you haven't created an account, you can request your track and trace code by emailing info@zonderduurzaam.nl bijzonderduurzaam .nl
Change address
Did you order a product but want it delivered to a different address? Please contact us immediately. Have you recently moved and want to change your address? Simply log in to your account and change your address there.
If you order before 3:00 PM and the product is in stock, your package will be shipped the same day.
All our orders are shipped via PostNL and have a Track & Trace number.

Delivery time
PostNL shippable orders 1-4 business days.
Package not received
It's incredibly frustrating if you placed an order and haven't received it. However, we need to be certain the package isn't still in transit or hidden somewhere else. Therefore, please check the following points first:
- Check your track and trace code: check your account to see if the order has been postponed.
- Check the delivery address: check your invoice to make sure the address is correct.
- Check your mailbox: Check your mailbox for a "Not at Home" notification. Your package might have been delivered to your neighbors, or the delivery driver might have rescheduled the delivery.
- If, after these checks, you still find that the package hasn't been delivered, please contact us.
Returns
Breakage during transport
If any damage occurred during transport, please send us a photo of the damage, including your order number, within 72 hours. Based on the photo, we will send you a new product, or issue a credit note if it's an in-stock item.
Warranty
If a product is broken and under warranty, we must receive the product back. After inspection, a credit note will be issued for the product. If you would like to receive or have a replacement shipped, please send a message to info@bijzonderduurzaam.nl. In the case of a warranty, shipping and return costs are at the seller's risk and expense. The warranty period may vary. Always include a clear reference and description of the complaint with your return shipment.
Cancellation of order
Bijzonder Duurzaam does not accept returns unless this has been discussed in consultation (right of return).
Return shipping costs will be calculated. Bijzonder Duurzaam will issue a credit note after inspecting the returned shipment. If the packaging is damaged beyond repair, a percentage of the return amount will be deducted, or the item cannot be returned. Please send us a photo of the damage, including your order number, within 72 hours. Based on the photo, we will issue a credit note if the item is in stock and approved.
Received incorrectly?
Did you receive the wrong product? Please notify us within 72 hours via info@bijzonderduurzaam.nl. We will work with you to determine a suitable solution.
