Ingredients:

Hydrogenated starch hydrolyzate, aqua, hydrated sylica, lauryl glucoside, xanthan gum, mentha piperita oil, sodium fluoride, zinc gluconate, menthol, stevia rebaudiana extract, aloe barbadensis lead juice powder, salvia triloba leaf extract, chamomilla recutita flower extract, commiphora myrrha resin extract, limonene

Contains fluoride, so it's only suitable for adults. Why is this? Fluoride is crucial for strong tooth enamel and better resistance to cavities. However, many stories circulate that fluoride is bad for the rest of your body, so you should spit out the toothpaste thoroughly after brushing. Spitting it out thoroughly isn't a problem for adults, but children can accidentally swallow some. We'd prefer to avoid that, hence this warning.

Tips for proper brushing:

• Brush at least twice a day
• Before brushing your teeth, rinse your mouth with water to spit out loose food particles immediately.
• Brush your teeth with a little toothpaste for at least two minutes
• Do not press too hard on your teeth, otherwise you will damage the protective layer.
• Don't forget your gums and tongue. Again, be careful and don't press too hard. You don't want to damage anything.
• Spit out your mouth and rinse with water
