Usage

Menstrual cup size S (16 ml): Suitable for young women with light menstrual bleeding. Dimensions without grip: 46 x 38 mm.

Menstrual cup size M (21 ml): Suitable for normal menstrual flow. Dimensions without grip: 49 x 41 mm.

Menstrual cup size L (28 ml): Suitable for pregnant women and those experiencing heavy menstrual bleeding. Dimensions without handle: 52 x 44 mm.

Before first use and at the end of each month's use, the menstrual cup must be sterilized. Boil some water in a saucepan and leave the cup in it for a few minutes.

To insert the cup, you need to fold it. To do this, you press the top edge so it folds slightly. Hold it between your fingers and don't insert it too deeply. You shouldn't feel it. Once inside, the cup unfolds, creating a gentle vacuum. This ensures a comfortable fit, prevents slippage, and collects all the blood.

After a maximum of 12 hours, the cup should be removed. Gently pull the stem until you can gently squeeze the bottom of the cup. This will release the vacuum and release the cup. You can now remove it, empty it, rinse it, and reinsert it if desired.

Once your period is over, sterilize the cup again.

Environment
